I worked with many trainers before but BY FAR Chris and team at Show Up Fitness were nothing short of Amazing!
They educate you , they train you and they give you hands on experience!
You get what you pay for in fitness and Your investment in yourself at Show Up Fitness is a Great investment! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Training with a trainer in training at Show Up has been game changing! I've worked with tier 2 & 3 trainers at equinox and these guys & girls at Show Up are superior! Great service

I have been training with Chris for 2 months now, it has been amazing. I have already started seeing a significant difference in my strength. This has been especially great during COVID time, I look forward to his thoughtful and personalized workouts each evening. If you are looking for quality trainers I would highly recommend Show Up!!
