Introduction: Hey there, I'm Amber Flowers! Former NBA Dancer and 2x Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor with over 700 hours in Mat, Reformer, Exo-Chair, Cadillac, and Spring Board Wall. I created Spiced Pilates for the gals & pals who love to jam, yet still get their Pilates on!! Spiced Pilates is not your average cookie cutter Pilates practice. It’s free, infused with Weight Lifting, Dance and Cardio. A practice rhythmically led, incorporating both high & low energy functional movements. The goal is to strengthen your core, improve posture, build endurance, increase flexibility/mobility, plus promote an overall healthy spine. Spiced Pilates focuses on deep breathing, which allows one to efficiently go through each exercise, strengthening and lengthening out the muscles. Together, we will find your strength, power...your inner flame! I offer In Person Mat Pilates, private or group + wellness events.
