FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, tiered pricing with no hidden fees. We only charge management fees when we collect rent. We have the least add-on fees in the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand your property, your goals, and any regulatory obligations. From there we conduct a complimentary market rent analysis, recommend a pricing strategy, and get your management agreement in place — usually within a few days. If your unit is vacant, we move straight into marketing. If it's occupied, we do an onboarding inspection and transition seamlessly so your tenants barely notice the change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Real Estate Development from the Price School of Public Policy at USC and am a licensed real estate broker in California (DRE #02206518). Before founding KindHost, I served as Director of Investments at Columbus Capital, overseeing 298 units of multifamily apartments, and as VP at Pacific Ridge Properties managing commercial and residential assets. I've spent my career inside the real estate industry — KindHost is that expertise applied directly to your investment.
