Introduction: I believe there is something in yoga for EVERYONE. I tailor private sessions to my clients needs. If clients are interested in flexibility and strength we focus on the physical practice. If they are curious about yoga's mental health benefits, we'll focus more on meditation. And if they have concrete goals like 'take a group yoga class in 1 month', I provide detailed instruction sheets after each session which they can review, if desired. In short, I demystify yoga to make it accessible to everyone.
I love working one-on-one with people, especially beginners. Witnessing my clients progress and discover what yoga means to them, fills me up and is truly soul-satisfying.
