We hired SIG Property Management to lease out our condo in Glendale. From the moment we met Mike Shaar and Monique Reneaux I knew we had the right company to get the job done. They were very nice and extremely professional. We were are on a tight schedule which I explained and they understood and worked within our schedule. They did a great job of advertising the unit and showing it. We had lots of prospective tenants. They were great at keeping in touch with us and letting us know what was going on from beginning to end. We got great tenants and all thanks to SIG Property Management. We highly recommend them for rental of units and property management. Mike Shaar and his staff went above and beyond and met all of our expectations.

Kyle has been our property manager for one and a half years. He has dealt with a number of complaints from our tenant regarding electrical fittings, burst sprinkler pipes, damaged window screens and blocked toilets. He has personally visited the property and trimmed bushes away from the roof that allowed access of rodents, he has fixed ceiling lights and delivered the monthly rent to us via Paypal. We are quite satisfied with Kyle's management at this stage and he appears to have done a reasonably good job in his management of our property. The tenant has been quite demanding and Kyle has been diplomatic in his communication with her, which is an essential quality of a good manager.

I have three single family homes in Encino Park that have been under several different management companies for the last 15 years....no luck with any of them. I was looking for additional rental properties and came accross Tom and Roxana Bradley at one of their Open Houses. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and follow through. Roxana said to call her anytime 24/7 and she meant it. I was further surprised when I learned they do property management,so I switched because it could not be worse than what it was....boy I was surely surprised. Now I know how a property should be managed and maintained. I do not regret my decision.

Phillip has taken on the full responsibility of apartment management. His tasks are numerous and varied. He collects the monthly rents, oversees vendors, maintains the curb appeal, does many of the simple repair tasks (clearing clogged drains, etc.), and is always available to help the tenants. We highly recommend Phillip Frey to you. He will be an asset to you as an on-site manager.

I have worked with Sheimroch on and off for the last few years, and am happy to say that I highly recommend her services. She has always been punctual at responding to my individual needs, as well as the tenants' needs, and quickly makes adjustments when unique situations arise. She really thinks outside the box and her creativity at solving potentially huge issues, comes in handy for me and the tenant/vendor, especially because I am out of state often. Although it is impossible to predict every negative scenario I am confident that she will use her excellent professional judgement when deciding a course of action, which I trust completely. As her previous employer and property owner, I may not always agree with her chosen course of action, but, I trust her completely to handle the situation to the best of her ability, and with my best interest at heart. I used to own a property in Baldwin Hills, CA, when I met Meikaa Rochele, between 2005-2010. My wife and I were very busy, and didn't have a whole lot of time to manage our investment. That is when I was introduced to Meikaa Rochele. One of the best days of my life. She makes repairs and maintenance for the home/apt stress free. She does a lot of the behind of the scenes work, by getting budget-friendly estimates. I like the fact that she lived on the premises and handled our tenant relations with poetic justice and communicative ease. She was a great liaison between all parties. She e-mailed monthly reports/updates to me, and if I ever needed to schedule an in-person business meeting with her, she was readily available. She is a one-woman company, but, handles her property management duties with great poise and organization, and as her employer, I like the fact that she treated everyone as she would like to be treated. She was a gem when it came to dispute resolution in regards to tenant or vendor matters, and that is why in 5 years, we had only 3 evictions(which she tried very hard to avoid). She directly deposited rents to my bank, which could hardly be more convenient for me. Overall, if I were still living in the California area, or owned any property there, I would never have given her skills, dedication, and personality up. She is an excellent and efficient property manager and anyone who hires her will be pleased with her job performance.
