We each arrive here whole, perfect, complete. Somewhere along our journey, we get caught up in the events of our story and the soup of societal thought; we fall into the illusion that we have somehow become less perfect, less valuable, less capable and less loveable, or that we got stuck in traffic and werent at the port when our ship came in. We find ourselves with any number of unwanted conditions of dis-ease in our lives, wondering what the heck happened.
There is hope! There is a solution!
By identifying our hidden beliefs and replacing them with the spiritual truth about ourselves, we release the illusions. We are healed, and our lives are transformed.

Spiritual counseling differs from traditional counseling or psychotherapy, in that the primary focus is on the here and now versus the past. I work with with you through the application of spiritual principles, asking compassionate questions and actively listening, to identify hidden beliefs which block your awareness of truth, that you are a perfect individualized expression of spirit. When your hidden beliefs are surfaced, I work through the art and skill of spiritual mind treatment, at the level of mind, to reveal truth. When truth is revealed, healing occurs.
I have specific expertise in the areas of addiction, LGBTQ, relationships and past trauma issues. I provide individual, couples, family and group counseling and visioning, as well as group and business consulting, counseling, and visioning.
My clients express that my gentle, down to earth, practical approach provide a safe environment in which they can honestly invest in their healing process and learn effective tools for continuing to grow far beyond the counseling experience.
I am available to meet with you at the Center for Spiritual Living - Santa Rosa and by phone. I am also open to traveling to your location on a case by case basis.
