Introduction: I tailor all of our events to match each client's needs. I am a small, individually owned company; you will be speaking to myself, the chef/owner, throughout the entire planning experience. I source everything from local farms and producers using the freshest ingredients possible with seasonality in mind. I am extremely eco-conscience with any and all products and equipment I may use. I love creating an event that matches the client's vision from start to finish. My goal is to exceed your expectations.

Working with Tara was amazing! She catered my son's wedding at Healdsburg Country Gardens and did a fabulous job. The food was mind blowing, and the service was superb. We chose lamb, and it melted in our mouths. She was a pleasure to work with, and gracefully accommodated our every request. I would hire Tara for every future event I have. What I like most about her food is that it was out of the ordinary. After interviewing at least 10 different companies, I found Adafina to be original and out of the box. The bride and groom are chefs themselves, so we did not want to serve "the same old thing." She came through with flying colors in her originality, and "First Class" food and service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have general pricing, but nothing is set. It will all depend on what you, as the client, want for your event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with our clients to see what their needs are. No two events are the same. Throughout the conversation we will get to know the client and design a custom menu that fits their event needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in classic French restaurants at 14, and haven't looked back. Now over 20 years later and a number of other cuisines under my belt, I am still learning the craft.
