- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have general pricing, but nothing is set. It will all depend on what you, as the client, want for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with our clients to see what their needs are. No two events are the same. Throughout the conversation we will get to know the client and design a custom menu that fits their event needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in classic French restaurants at 14, and haven't looked back. Now over 20 years later and a number of other cuisines under my belt, I am still learning the craft.
