Paul's ribs are the best! Communication and planning for our wedding catering was very easy and all the guests enjoyed the food. We recommend Nitro BBQ for your event!

We hired Paul and his crew to cater our wedding. The tri-tip was so tender and delicious. We expected to have more left overs but there was not a single piece of tri-tip left. The potatoes where amazing and the corn! So sweet and delicious! Paul really went the extra mile for us. Literally, by driving all the way up to the Sierra mountains to cater for us. Thank you so much, Paul. We will be calling you again when we have another event to celebrate.

Paul and his very helpful and friendly staff made our wedding perfect and everything we hoped it would be. The food was moist, so flavorful and Paul is the guy that knows how to make some amazing ribs!!!! The staff was so helpful. Would highly recommend Nitro BBQ Catering for your next event.
