First of all these are the most professional guys I've hired in santa rosa Never fear hp mec is here there's no plumbing or hvac issue they can't handle, even the issue it self seem afraid of them. Rudy and his team installed a new heat pump with new ducting and did a great job. I live in the country and my old ducting was under the house. It was a constant battle patching the old ductwork. He installed the new ductwork in the attic which was challenging with the height of my ceilings.Once the system was installed we realized I had a defective heat pump. It took awhile to get the manufacturer to replace it but Rudy was very persistent until I received a replacement unit. I had chronic sinusitis with the old system and my air quality since I replaced the system has shown significant improvement. I wished I had replaced the system sooner. Thank you Rudy!
