Rudy and his team installed a new heat pump with new ducting and did a great job. I live in the country and my old ducting was under the house. It was a constant battle patching the old ductwork. He installed the new ductwork in the attic which was challenging with the height of my ceilings.Once the system was installed we realized I had a defective heat pump. It took awhile to get the manufacturer to replace it but Rudy was very persistent until I received a replacement unit. I had chronic sinusitis with the old system and my air quality since I replaced the system has shown significant improvement. I wished I had replaced the system sooner. Thank you Rudy!
