- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my favorite projects was a deep cleaning for a large family home. The client wanted the entire house cleaned from top to bottom, including the kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, and appliances. It took about 6 hours with my team, and the customer was very happy with the results. 2. How did you get started doing this type of work? I started working in residential cleaning several years ago and gained valuable experience cleaning many different types of homes. That experience inspired me to start Bella House Cleaning, where I focus on providing reliable, detailed, and high-quality service. 3. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Look for someone who is reliable, pays attention to detail, communicates well, and truly cares about the quality of their work. Reading reviews and discussing your expectations before the cleaning can help ensure a great experience. 4. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? I have several years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning. Throughout my career, I have learned professional cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning products, and efficient methods to deliver consistent, high-quality results. 5. What is your typical process for working with a new customer? I begin by discussing the customer’s cleaning needs and expectations. Then I provide a fair estimate, schedule the service, and arrive on time with the necessary supplies. My goal is to make the process simple and provide excellent results. 6. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? Customers should think about the type of cleaning they need, the size of the home, the condition of the property, any special requests, and their preferred schedule. This helps provide a more accurate estimate. 7. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? I offer fair and competitive pricing based on the size and condition of the home and the type of cleaning requested. I also offer discounts for recurring services such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. 8. What types of customers have you worked with? I have worked with homeowners, renters, families, busy professionals, seniors, and clients preparing for move-in, move-out, or special occasions. I enjoy helping every customer keep their home clean and comfortable.
