I needed deep housecleaning and was in a difficult situation. Bianca responded quickly, was kind, and her pricing was reasonable. She and her team member were able to visit the same day for an estimate which was great. When they returned to do the job they arrived right on time with everything that they needed to do the job. One thing that I want to make very clear is that both Bianca and her team member are really nice. I was emotional and they treated me with kindness and without judgment. They finished their work and it was like I was in a new home. They were more thorough than I’d imagined…made my bed that was bare with linens they found in the bedroom. I’ll definitely be using her services again.
