- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates, and our pricing is based on the size and condition of the property, as well as the type of cleaning requested. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Recurring cleaning services may qualify for discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any cleaning we go to, we always look at the property before we get started to make sure we go over any other issues or request that you may have. Once everything is agreed upon we get to cleaning. Upon completion, we have you do a walk around your home to make sure everything up to your standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customers should consider the size of the property, the type of cleaning they need (regular, deep, move-in/move-out, or post-construction), how often they would like service, and any special requests. This helps us provide an accurate estimate and the best service possible.
