- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making an introduction via email or by phone to get to a chance to get a feel if the prospective client is interested with what I am offering. Being comfortable with one another to see if there is compatibility for what the client is in the market for. Second would be to have a in person brief meeting for informal introduction to one another.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the Hospitality Industry when I was a teenager and continued up the ranks over the years. My background is everything from Cooking in a Coorporate Job to Managing fine dining establishments over the years. One of my favorite jobs that I had would have to be Managing a place called the Hopland Inn many moons ago. As part of my job title besides running the 21 room hotel was running the Restaurant. I created a favorite of the locals with Jazz under the Stars which was a fabulous hit! Dining and music in the Country was beautiful to say the least!
