I began my cooking career in the Italian restaurants of Occidental in Western Sonoma County. Over the years, I developed my repertoire to include Italian, French, Mediterranean, Japanese, Szechuan Chinese and regional American cooking styles, BBQ is a specialty. I have worked under the tutelage of many fine chefs, most notably Robert Buschbaum of European Culinary Management Inc. and Chef Louis Perrotte from the Brittany Region of France. I was chef/proprietor of a well-known restaurant on Tomales Bay in West Marin called Barnaby's by the Bay for 20 years. Personal customized menus are a specialty. Michael, did an awesome job in making our wedding a very memorable one. He guided us from the very start of the wedding planning until the actual day of the event.He was very easy to work with and very respectful. His suggestions were great and the food catered were great! He knows a lot of local suppliers in the area - from equipments to china wares furnitures, good wine, etc. We're overwhelmed with the positive words and remarks we have received from our guests.
