Aviv presents a well-rounded approach to fitness that includes meal planning and lifestyle changes. The training is great because it doesn't rely on machines, so it's really flexible, and always remains interesting. I like working with Aviv as he is super responsive and attentive and he motivates and encourages. It's been only a few weeks and already I feel so much better and stronger.

Aviv was my personal trainer for 2 months. Hhe was very knowledgeable about physical health, and he helped me to feel more comfortable being in the gym. The routine he had me doing was producing results. I highly recommend him he knows what he's teaching.
