I’ve been wanting to get into working out but I had no idea where to start, and the gym was always so intimidating. So when I saw Rachel’s posting about Rx Sports, I decided to try it out. And let me tell you, it was the best decision i’ve ever made! She worked with me on mobility issues, and strength training and helped modify certain exercises so that I was getting the most out of my workouts. I always had the preconceived notion that working out meant you had to use machines, but she introduced me to kettlebells, the TRX bands, and medicine balls. I’ve already booked more sessions with her, and can’t wait to see my progress! I love what she puts emphasis on feeling good and gaining strength (the looking good is a plus too)! A small but mighty workout space! Thanks Rachel!!

I loved having Rachel as my trainer. She helped me before, after and during my pregnancy was absolutely life changing. Not only did she help me stay in shape during pregnancy, she helped me drop 60lbs postpartum. My only negative thing to say is that she now lives too far away to book her 😅
