- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system does vary simply because every customer has different needs. When we discuss things such as possible overnight stays, extra things the customer might want, mail brought in, trash brought in, walking of the pet, how many times, grooming, and so on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer I first like to go over the basics to see if we are a good fit. From there we meet, and the best part for me is meeting the "Pet" and then the owner and I go over the particulars. Then I assure the owner everything will be fine and all is good. And it will be!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No Training as of yet but I am absolutely looking into it.
