- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your provider grinds to a minimum of 6" deep and includes all visible surface roots. A lifetime guarantee on their work is a plus.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Measuring a stumps diameter is done where it meets the ground, not where it is cut off. A 12" tree at the point of cut off can be 36" where it meets the ground. We base our estimates on what we have to grind not the diameter where it was cut.
