- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on your goals, training frequency, and whether you choose virtual, in-home, or in-person coaching. I focus on providing a high level of coaching, accountability, and long-term results—not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Because of that, I may not be the best fit for those just looking for the lowest price. If you’re serious about getting results and want a plan that actually works for your lifestyle, we’ll be a great fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working together, the first step is a quick consultation where I learn about your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. From there, I build a customized plan based on your goals—whether that’s fat loss, strength, or overall health. This includes your training plan, basic nutrition guidance, and a clear structure to follow. Once we begin training (in-home, virtual, or in-person), I focus on coaching you through proper form, keeping you consistent, and adjusting your plan as needed so you keep progressing. The goal is simple: create something realistic that fits your life and gets results you can maintain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 18 years, helping clients improve strength, lose fat, and build healthier lifestyles through structured training and coaching. Over that time, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from beginners who have never worked out before to individuals looking to take their fitness to the next level. My experience includes in-person personal training, virtual coaching, and designing simple, effective programs focused on long-term results, consistency, and habit change rather than quick fixes.
