- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to have a standard price for moves but I am always willing to work with customers because sometimes moves are not as big as others and therefore we need to adjust the price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to talk to them on the phone first and if there are any questions about the move then I would go out and take a look at the job to make sure that the job goes exactly the way the customer wants it to
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the moving industry my whole life I used to work for Allied Van lines and a lot of other moving companies when I was younger
