FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer coaching in packages rather than one-off sessions, and that's intentional. Real change takes more than a single conversation, and a package commitment means we can actually build momentum together. Coaching engagements start at $1,050 for a 6-session package. Group programs and workshops (including The Artist's Way and SoulCollage®) are priced separately. And discovery calls are always free. That's where we can check chemistry and figure out what actually fits your situation before any money changes hands.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 30-minute call. I want to hear what's going on, and you should have a chance to get a sense of how I work before committing to anything. If we decide to move forward, I'll send a coaching agreement for you to e-sign, a simple intake form so I can understand your context before our first real session, and a calendar so you can book your sessions. From there, we meet on a regular cadence (typically biweekly) and I structure our work around what you're actually navigating (no script-following here, all personalized). Between sessions, I'm available by email for quick questions or when something comes up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I hold an active ACC credential from them. I'm a Hudson Certified Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara. I also have an early career background in instructional design for leadership development, which shapes how I work: I think carefully about how people actually learn and change, not just what sounds good in a session. I'm a trained SoulCollage® facilitator and have led Artist's Way groups, both of which require specific facilitation training. I've been doing this work full-time since 2021.
