He was upfront, direct, and honest in scoping the work and nature of repairs needed to fix the water leaks during rain. It turned out it was due to trim attachments under gutters. Nothing wrong with the roof. Every other contractor wanted to just rip and replace the entire roof. It was a huge $ savings for us.
He also brought top notch subcontractor to the exterior painting at a very competitive price.
His fence work for top of the line quality and very price competitive.
On time, on budget, on quality.
