Replaced my vent with a bigger one, did a great job improving the vent (the bird screen was not attached well from the factory). Also connected the flex duct to the vent for me, saves me a trip into the attic. Result looks great in pictures, won't know how well until it rains. Also found some simple issues on the roof and I paid extra for it to be fixed. Could have fixed it myself but I don't want to climb onto the roof.

Miguel is a nice pro. He is different from some other roofers who came to estimate. He went up the roof to figure out the problem and gave me the plan of fixing. He is honest and smart. I feel that he is the roofer I can trust. His work proves that. Good quality, reasonable price. I really appreciate it.
