Just the absolute best carpet cleaning of my entire life!! A very thorough job and best of all they did not try and upsell me at all, whatsoever. This guy pre-treats everything that needs to be done so. Rakes it all into the carpet and pre-treats again before the extraction process begins. it's just all thorough work and you can tell that they know exactly what they are doing. I have had many not so positive experiences with other carpet cleaners over recent years, but these guys made things all better. The tech had arrived about 5 minutes early and what ready for work. I was explained the process and had stains removed in high traffic areas in which no other companies were able to remove. The guy had even answered all of my dying questions about maintaining my carpet. These guys will be my carpet cleaner for life.

MY review is a little overdue, but I had gotten my carpets cleaned right back in July, this was right before a 4th of july party, and these guys did quite an awesome job! Was able to get an appointment for the next day. It worked out perfect too because I had so many compliments on my carpet the day of our little party. The usual place that I go to for carpet cleaning was all booked up and I was quite disappointed because I just didn't think I would end up finding anybody as good; I am happy to say that these guys exceeded my old company. I am a pup owner and my carpets take such a beating that I have to get them cleaned every few months. They had done a deep cleaning in both my living room and the stairs of my apartment. Not a trace of a stain even left over. Great work.

- What an awesome company. My little sister is rooming with friends from college and plus they have a little dog! You could just picture in your head how bad the carpets were prior to cleaning. We are all broke so we can't afford to just have our carpets replaced; i'm glad we chose this option because it looks like we basically got our carpets replaced! The technician that came was able to get ALL OF OUR STAINS OUT. The enzyme treatment was able to also get any left over doggy smell out completely! Thanks for your services

Just the absolute best carpet cleaning company whom I've dealt with ever...like in my life. From start to finish, from the nice old lady who answered my phone to schedule me in for an appointment all the way to the professional cleaners whom came out and did nothing short of hard work. I was absolutely surprised and just honored over the phone quotes I was given without any up selling. I am deleting all other carpet cleaning contacts on my phone as we speak and just keeping these guys on file for now on. You guys rule!

Had an appointment time between 9 and 10 am. Technician showed up at 9 on the dot, beforehand I was given a courteous call. I knew right from that moment this was a great company! The guy had come on in and he assessed my carpet; the carpet had not been cleaned in some time and I recently had it stretched out. I had decided in going with a deep cleaning to go ahead and remove all of the high traffic areas which had really needed it. When I had called over the phone, I was given a quote and there was no pressure or up selling at all throughout the whole entire process! Great company!!!
