Tom's buffet was exceptional. He did a prime rib that was to die for, and the sides were just as good. The goat cheese salad was amazing, and everyone loved the raspberry ginger lemonade. To finish it all, he made a tiramisu that was one of the best I've ever tasted. His other challenge was to turn a boring industrial warehouse office into a festive Christmas party. He supplied twinkling Christmas lights, an antique music player with Christmas CDs, and a nice set up of tables and chairs with linens. All I had to do was show up and enjoy.

We had such a blast at our tasting with Tom! He had everything set out and really made us feel at home. Every dish we tried was absolutely amazing. The flavors are just insane & so unique! We cannot wait to have him at our wedding. It couldn't be more perfect for us. Make sure to try his hummus & blackberry/ginger lemonade!!

Amazing!!! From the first tasting to the wedding, Tom kept in touch just to check on how everything was coming along. It was really nice having a caterer so personable. Tom is very easy going & flexible. My husband & I had different likes for our reception menu. Him wanting BBQ as a southern man & me going back to my roots, wanting Italian. The menu Tom created was unbelievable. He combined a little of both, and who knew that BBQ could be elegant?! It worked perfectly!!! Even our guests were amazed. The food tasted amazing as well. I highly recommend using Tom Catrow Catering for all your events. You will never be dissappointed. We will definitely use him again. Thank you Tom for helping to make this day perfect!!!

Tom was really easy to work with and had the food prepared on time (and even let me use several of his serving trays, extra) even though it was a smaller event than he normally prepares. It was delicious, especially the cider and crab cakes!
