- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set an appointment to meet with our new client to see the space and discuss what type of landscaping services are needed. After assessing with the client a proposal is emailed with in 2 business days to the client. After the proposal is approved or modified and approved we calendar a start date for the project. We email an invoice for a deposit for that start date. Depending on the size of the job another payment may be due prior to completion. The final payment (always over half total) is not due until a walk through is completed with the owner and the customers satisfaction is reached.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David holds a C-27 Certificate as well as an Arborist license.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
David began helping out a friend in high school repair ponds and mow lawns. Soon he grew to have his own clients and went to school to earn credentials before obtaining his C-27 Liscence
