We are thrilled with our new back yard. Work was completed earlier than promised. Every member of the crew we came in contact with was cheerful and eager to please. It's important to us that vendors deliver as promised and on time and HIC did that and more.

Choosing HIC Builders was the best decision I could have made for my dream home. They built a stunning 7,500 sq. ft. custom residence from the ground up, complete with a large pool and a beautifully designed 800 sq. ft. ADU -- and they did it all with flawless execution, on time, and without a single surprise change order. From day one, the team's professionalism, transparency, and commitment to excellence were unmatched. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and their dedication to delivering quality craftsmanship truly shows in every inch of the home. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process was made smooth, organized, and even enjoyable.Special thanks to Abraham and Anwar, who were on top of the project from start to finish. Their leadership, responsiveness, and genuine care made me feel supported every step of the way.I am endlessly grateful to HIC Builders for not only building an exceptional house -- but for creating a home that reflects my vision in every way. If you want a builder who delivers what they promise, values your trust, and goes above and beyond, HIC Builders is it. They didn't just meet expectations -- they surpassed them.Thank you for building the home of my dreams.
