My wife and I hired HIC to come in gut renovate our newly purchased home in Sherman Oaks. They respond very quickly through texts. It was our first renovation, so we knew nothing. They guided us through everything and didnt take advantage of the fact we didnt know anything. We also like their crew. Renovation is not an easy task, but you will be in good hands with this guys.

We initially hired H.I.C Builders for foundation repair. Avi and his team's responsiveness and excellent work impressed us so much that we brought them back for several other projects. They installed a new iron fence, walkway with pavers and post lighting, a new irrigation system, and painted our house. Overall, we're very happy with the results and would recommend H.I.C Builders. While there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, Avi was always attentive and worked to ensure our satisfaction.
