When the Lowes "pro" showed up to install our range hood and ducting he was unable to do the job. I kicked myself for even booking installation via Loews, and came back to Thumbtack to find a new Pro who could actually do the job. When I reached out to Ivan, he asked a lot of questions about the job to make sure but he and I understood the scope of the work before hiring. Ivan and his partner installed our Cosmo range hood and ducting the very next day...they made sure the job was done correctly and to my specifications, going the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the result.
