When the Lowes "pro" showed up to install our range hood and ducting he was unable to do the job. I kicked myself for even booking installation via Loews, and came back to Thumbtack to find a new Pro who could actually do the job. When I reached out to Ivan, he asked a lot of questions about the job to make sure but he and I understood the scope of the work before hiring.
