- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the condition of the space, and the type of service needed, such as standard cleaning, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out cleaning. We provide clear upfront quotes before booking, and if any extra services are requested, we include them in the quote from the beginning so there are no surprises. We also offer discounted pricing for recurring service such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. Our goal is to keep pricing fair, transparent, and based on the actual scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions about the home, including square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition, and any specific requests. Once we have the details, we provide one clear quote upfront and help schedule a convenient time. On the day of service, our cleaner arrives ready with supplies and completes the cleaning based on the agreed scope. If the customer wants ongoing service, we can also set up recurring cleanings at a discounted rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We focus on professional residential cleaning with attention to detail, consistency, and respectful service in clients’ homes. Our team is trained on cleaning standards, proper use of supplies and products, safety, and following a clear checklist-based process. We also place strong importance on reliability, communication, and delivering quality service on every visit.
