Introduction: Welcome to my personal boxing and fitness training page!
With my passion and experience in boxing and fitness, I would be more than happy to help you achieve your goals such as building strength and muscle, loosing or gaining weight, and improving your conditioning.
From working as the assistant trainer in Turkish Boxing and Muay Thai National Team for 4 years to working as the Boxing and Fitness trainer at California State University of Northridge for 2 years, I have had over hundreds of clients including beginners to professionals.
Each session, we will be focusing on your technique/form, conditioning and strength.
Lastly, sessions can take place at anywhere you want including your house or a park nearby. And you won’t need any equipments except boxing gloves and wraps.
