Introduction: Welcome to my personal boxing and fitness training page!
For over 10 years, I’ve been helping people reach their fitness goals through personalized workouts and boxing. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, bulk up, build strength and muscle, or just improve your conditioning, I will create a custom plan to help achieve and maintain that goal for you.
From working as the assistant trainer in Turkish Boxing and Muay Thai National Team for 4 years, to working as the boxing and fitness trainer at California State University, Northridge for 3 years, I truly have always had a passion for motivating myself and others to become a healthier version of themselves.
To start, I will have an initial meeting with you to understand your exact goals and plan out a schedule. Each session, we will be focusing on your technique, form, conditioning, and strength. Our sessions can take place at any location desired. I will take care of all equipment excluding boxing gloves/wraps.
