Jenny is wonderful, compassionate, and super personal. She is very knowledgable not just about fitness but nutrition and mental wellness as well. While training with her we covered not just weight-lifting, but calisthenics, yoga, Pilates, and stretching. She pushed me to improve without ever making me feel uncomfortable or like I wasn't good enough. Jenny genuinely cares about your goals and progress and goes out of her way to get you there. I cannot recommend her enough!

Jenny is the most informative and effective personal trainer I have ever met. Her training method, her positive & consistent motivation, combined with her well rounded and detailed knowledge of the human body, have not only been extremely effective in accomplishing my physical goals of weight loss and strength, but have also been equally beneficial mentally, spiritually and emotionally. I've learned the details of each muscle group in the body, I've learned about detailed nutrition, and I've learned I can bench press more than I thought I could :-). You train with Jenny and you will not only get an excellent workout, but also an overall excellent lifestyle education.

Went for my first session today with Jenny, and loved it...She is a wonderful and caring human being--very knowledgeable and very willing to work with you...I feel she is the right trainer for me--very good listener, and understanding of the human body and mind....

Jenny takes the time to get to know what you want and meld that into what she feels you need. She is widely knowledgeable and talks you through the workout often referencing anatomy books to show you exactly what muscle(s) need attention. She motivates you through positive reinforcement. No boot-camp yelling here.

I feel so very fortunate to have Jenny as my trainer! I find myself looking forward to my workouts...and I really did not like working out at all before. Jenny is so authentically committed in helping me obtain maximum benefits from my workout. She explains what area of the muscle group we are working on, she shows you how, and she guides you during the exercise. She is fun to be around and yet you know she is focused on the workout goal. The hour goes by so quickly! Did I mention what a great cook she is? Jenny prepares excellent meals for me to take home...they are organic, very delicious, and healthy! I really could not have dreamed up a better combination....If you are looking for a great trainer; a serious-but-do-able workout, learning how to support your body nutritionally and a lovely genuine person...Jenny is the one!!
