Personal Training

I have been working with Salar for about a month and a half now and he is the best trainer I have ever worked with. Not only is he amazing at what he does, but he also will push you to reach your goals in a kind sincere way that really depicts who he is as a person. I have had multiple training sessions with Salar and can say he really knows what he is doing. His ability to focus on the areas I want to work on while making sure my whole body is engaged is great! I know I’m getting a great workout every time by the soreness I feel after! Definitely will continue working with him.

Salar did an awesome virtual training session with me! I let him know what muscle groups I felt I needed to work on and he was able to create a fun and challenging workout. He did a great job encouraging me while also ensuring that every exercise was done correctly. I was so sore the next couple days so I knew for sure the workout was worth it. Can’t wait for another virtual workout session soon!

Work outs with Conqr training were some of the best work outs I've done. I needed to loose weight in order to have weight loss surgery but didn't know how to start. I used to work out years ago and of course I had the mindset that ugh working out is going to be hard. Then once I started working out with Salar he made the workouts simple but very effective. Each workout pushed me to my personal limit and made me feel accomplished. I was working out and having a lot of fun doing it. I fell in love with working out again. I learned new workouts and lost the weight I needed. I highly recommend Conqr training you will definitely reach what ever your goal is! It worked for me!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My average price range if I'm traveling to you is $70-$100 per session depending on distance. If you would like to train with me at my private gym the cost is $90 per session. I offer discounted prices for certain packages. Message me to find out!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, I'll want to get to know you, your lifestyle, your goals, and what obstacles have kept you from being where you'd like to be. Then, if I'm positive that I can help you, and if we're a perfect fit to go on this fitness journey together, I will begin creating your training program based on your goals and lifestyle. You have the options of online personal training or in-person training.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My degree is in Exercise Science & Sport Studies from Rutgers University and I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have 7 years of experience working with a variety of clientele.
