    I feel stronger, fitter, healthier and happier all thanks to Meryl. After suffering a shoulder injury and falling off the fitness wagon, I needed help and thankfully found Meryl. She makes working out fun, but be ready to work hard and push yourself. She also goes above and beyond with affirmations and eating plans to train you body, mind and spirit. I've learned a lot in a short amount of time and will carry on the tools she gave me. Highly recommend!!!!!!

    I've worked with excellent trainers before, so I know when somebody knows her stuff. Meryl had a plan from day one, and is relentless in helping me implement it. She's also a fierce advocate for me on days when I'm not feeling able to give my best. I've a long way to go before I get to the "destination", but I have no doubt about Meryl's ability to help me get there. Training sessions are fun, varied, and tough in exactly the way they should be. I've made tangible gains in two months and feel better than I have in years.

    Working with meryl has been a joy! I am by no means an athlete or a health nut. I'd sit forever and live off donuts if i could (I probably have at times). I was waaaay off the fitness wagon when I started with meryl but she has gotten me on track! It's actually fun to work out now ( close to fun as it will ever be for a person who loves to lounge as much as I do). I'm on my second leg of training and I have had amazing results in body fat percentage reduction, weight loss and overall fitness in just 2 months. I'm now motivated to keep my fitness goals going and her training has been instrumental in getting me to this place. She's also fantastic at working with people with injuries. Highly recommended!

Based on her client's expectations, Meryl tailors every session towards helping her clients achieve their wishes.     Her training is very effective and she is so decipline, but the training is not boring at the same time.     Meryl is the best trainer I've ever had or even met with. For the first time in my life, I look forward to working out. She goes beyond the goal of getting in shape and losing weight- she is focused on a program that corrects all the physical problems I've gotten from working at a desk for most of the day. She is able to work around my insanely demanding work schedule and provide amazing services. There is no better trainer in Los Angeles. In just a few months, I have seen rapid gains and a lot of transformation. Meryl is the absolute best.

    Great trainer and individual. Always upbeat and will always get you into the mood to workout even if you dont feel like it. Gives you fast results and I just enjoyed working with her. If I was an LA native I would work with her regularly. I would not improve anything, she's just a professional.

    My experience with Meryl has been amazing!! Before I started with her, I had no idea what I needed to do when it came to fitness. She has taught me so much in the 6 weeks I have been working with her. I am seeing changes in my body and my strength that I never thought I would be able to see again! She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and I feel like I can ask her anything and get a straight forward answer. (with other trainers I feel like they kind of danced around the questions) She makes working out fun, but she will kick your butt! I am excited to continue with her and cannot wait to get my body back!

    So far so good. I decided to hire Meryl after trying out another trainer that same morning. Meryl was my second session. She gave me everything I was looking for without having to say it. I've already begun to see results after one week. I have limited time to get back in shape and she's got me on the right track. Highly recommend to anyone.

We gather as much information as possible on each new client with a commitment-free Fitness, Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment and New Client Questionnaire. This allows us to provide the most rewarding experience possible for every one of our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Meryl has the following experience: Roughly 16 years as an Elite Gymnast (5 years as an International Elite Gymnast), The U.S. Army Award for Athletic and Academic Excellence and 5 major surgeries (she has first-hand experience with Injury Rehabilitation). Further, Meryl continually educates herself by attending workshops, seminars and national events about fitness, exercise science, nutrition, supplementation, injury rehabilitation, lifestyle improvement, personal development, etc. Meryl is partners with Athleta (Westfield Fashion Square).

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Meryl was an Elite Gymnast for roughly 16 years. By the time she ended the sport, she had hurt almost every part of her body, gained a few pounds and did not like the idea of going to a gym to workout, because in her mind it was boring compared to practicing gymnastics as a workout. Meryl hired a Personal Trainer after ending her gymnastics career to help her lose weight, tone up and get rid of some of the pain she was having due to gymnastics injuries. Her Personal Trainer changed her life! Meryl looked great, felt incredible and developed a positive attitude toward non-sport exercise after working with her Personal Trainer. The experience compelled Meryl to share the same kind of life-changing experience she had with her Personal Trainer with as many people as possible. Meryl is also a Nutrition Expert and Life Strategist.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are proud of every job we do because it's always our best job. We help each client set specific, realistic goals as well as decide on a healthy time frame in which to achieve them. We almost always help our clients achieve their goals in a shorter time frame than desired as well as transcend those goals, and we always have a fun time doing so!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask the expert you're looking to hire why they do what they do. If their answer is not loaded with passion, wisdom and confidence, this may be a sign that they are inexperienced and/or unenthusiastic about their job.
