I feel stronger, fitter, healthier and happier all thanks to Meryl. After suffering a shoulder injury and falling off the fitness wagon, I needed help and thankfully found Meryl. I've worked with excellent trainers before, so I know when somebody knows her stuff. Meryl had a plan from day one, and is relentless in helping me implement it. She's also a fierce advocate for me on days when I'm not feeling able to give my best. I've a long way to go before I get to the "destination", but I have no doubt about Meryl's ability to help me get there.
