Michelle is an amazing trainer. She helped me reach my goals and believe in myself. I’m down 12 pounds since starting with her but beyond that I feel stronger and my jeans are fitting better. I have more energy and I’m able to keep up with my kids.

I'm so grateful to have found Michelle as a trainer! She is patient and kind, but also no nonsense. I really appreciate her flexibility and knowledge about fitness and nutrition. As someone that has had multiple injuries and 2 abdominal surgeries, it is important for me to strengthen my body in a balanced and safe way. Michelle has definitely exceeded my expectations and has shown me that I am capable and that the body is resilient. If you're looking for a trainer, I highly recommend working with Michelle, you won't be disappointed!

4-Month Update: Michelle Sadigh has made my weight loss journey a success in a time where I was at my wit’s end. Hitting my early mid-30s, my metabolism has slowed dramatically and I was gaining weight to no end. With Michelle’s expert guidance, I started on a calorie deficit, high-protein plan, and have lost 15+ pounds in 4 months! (Lost 20ish pounds of fat, gained 5ish pounds of muscle). Along the way, I was able to enjoy many of the snackier foods I like, but in a healthy, steady, and balanced way. Michelle’s coaching has helped me become more mindful of 1. my choices (my prior ignorant meal choices were causing me to eat 3-5K calories per day), 2. portion sizes (I realize now that I was basically binge eating before), and 3. prioritizing based on nutritional value. Michelle’s process has completely changed my relationship to food, leading to a new lifestyle where I eat better, feel better in my body, and look WAY more toned. I even have baby abs now! When I started in July at 137lbs, my original goal was to get back to my February weight of 122lbs. As you can see by the side-by-side comparison, not only did I reach that goal, but also this 122 lbs is a VERY DIFFERENT 122lbs than before! So much less fat and more muscle now!
