Eco roofing not only earned my trust with their service, but then helped me out months after the fact, all without taking any of my money. I had a couple leaks this past winter after the insane rains in SoCal. Rains that were strong enough to get water through some microscopic spots in a perfectly good roof. After discovering and drying the leaks, I asked Eco Roofing to take a look at my roof and give me their assessment. Eran inspected my roof and concluded that all I needed to do was put some good quality roofing goop (my word, not his) in the small areas that were affected, but otherwise my roof was completely fine. He had the chance to upsell me on fixing a few shingles or any number of things, but he simply gave me advice for something I could easily do myself. This impressed me immensely in a time where businesses seem to be less and less on the up and up. Fast-forward months later, I am now selling the house and the buyers attempted to conflate the previous fixed leak issue into a "we need a new roof" issue. I contacted Eco Roofing again because Eran originally provided me with advice and a handshake, nothing in writing, and told them it would help tremendously with the sale of my home if a certified roofer says "I was just up there and the roof looked great to me." Eco roofing not only remembered who I was but within 24hrs Eran had emailed me a written copy of his assessment that I was able to forward to the necessary people and shut down an absurd buyer request. Thanks tremendously to Eco Roofing, I would recommend them as your first call for a checkup on your roof.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule with them a roof inspection and upon meeting them, we explain in detail the process of a roof replacement. We are very personal with our customers as we keep constant communication and are always available to them.
