I see my role as a teacher as that of a guide, a reliable presence. Leading with connection, I like to begin my practice with a gentle embodiment exercise. Once students have settled into the body, we move through intentionally designed sequences using breath-work & mindfulness throughout. The beauty of private lessons is that the practice can be tailored to an individual's needs. My goal is to help you reach your goals, while helping you feel strong, embodied, & whole.
