- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no super complicated pricing. Generally my rate is $30 for house calls for resolving problems that take about 1 1/2 hours. There will be no charge if the problem is not resolved as per my 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Engineering Diploma and Degree in Computer Science.I also have Microsoft's MCSE certification. However, I strongly believe experience and experimentation is the only way. I am not afraid of embracing new operating systems and new ideas.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most frequent types of problems are 1) Windows OS diagnostics and repair. 2) Malware removal. 3) Data backup and transfer. 4) Network configuration. 5) Advise about technology needs 6) Setting up new computer system 7) Help with assembly/troubeshooting of DIY systems
