- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide the absolute best "Value". My prices are subject to change, would like to woo you in with low prices, but we know margins must be kept, the cost of doing business, fuel, insurance, tools misc, etc... I have been known to have lowered the cost of a job if warranted. I also expect my customers to respect an adjustment should the job encompass more than presumed. Symbiotic Relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen intently. Display through my actions that they and their property is of the utmost importance. Offer the respect due to them by taking my job seriously.
