Jeanne Peters was rsferred to me by my sister. I thought enough of whaymt i had heared about her expert evaluations that i traveled fro Arizona to meet wigh her..she did a thorough Nutritional evaluation and i must say no one since including my own physicians gave me the time she afforded me. Jeanne Peters turned on a light to Vitamin D deficiencies and can only blame myself for not placing a Vitamin order once i realized they could be beneficial... I joined in Jeanne Peters Bone Density Camp online for several evening and once again was very impressed.. i have visited CALIF and have stopped in on ocassion but have found her out of the office.Sorry i missed you. Jeanhe Peters evaluated my yearly results on Blood work with her recommendations. Having a Nutritionist as sharp and intelligent as Jeanne Peters is an essentiall need for each of us..Once you are advised in regards to your health listen and take hede. I neglected to take Vit D and became ill it affecting my immune system..after a year of chronic ilness i can say that the Vit D is essential in my well being. Jeanne Peters is available and it is our responsibility to govern our health and call on her for advice visits and ongoing nutritional care and support. I love her videos of her Kale Salad and her soup made from cooking a variety of bones. I learned so much. You see i was listening closely and will once again review and assess and follow through in regards to my health. Thank you Jeanne Peters for opening my eyes to good health. !!!!

As a health coach/nutritionist, Olivia is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and kind. She's a great listener and tailors her recommendations to your specific needs so that they work for your lifestyle. I would recommend her to anyone looking to lose weight, eat better, or live a happy and healthy life all around.
Dr. Philip Goglia is the nutritionist I've been looking for my whole life.
Christy was always trying new exercises to keep me challenged and met me at a park near my house. She was prepared with equipment and always on time.
Amy Jo was wonderful. I needed a nutritionist to talk with my daughter about the importance of heating healthy and to make a custom meal plan for my daughter's needs. She did both and connected so well with my daughter that we will are planning to have a few more one-on-one sessions with her for some cooking and fitness training.

Pamela is a wonderful Nutritionist who is very knowledgeable, relatable, and passionate! She had a way of making me feel very comfortable and at ease, especially when discussing the more personal areas of life. Changing my diet and lifestyle habits definitely presented some challenges, but Pamela was there every step of the way to help walk me through each of the challenges. She designed a plan that was tailored to my needs and desires. In doing so, I was able to achieve my goals and am feeling better than ever in my body. I highly and genuinely recommend Pamela as a Holistic Nutritionist!

Intuitive Eating is where it is at for me. I believe life is to be enjoyed while being mindful. Lisa has an important message: trust yourself. Find out if you are eating because of hunger or something else. If it is not hunger, one can go to the next step and figure out (not easy) what is it that is bothering them. I found out I eat out of boredom. Now, I try to stop. The only pressure in this work is to listen to your own voice. I hope everyone will do this work. I also, learned by the end of the week the body balances its nutritional intake. Thank you, Lisa.
I first met Andrea about two years ago, to help me eat healthier and improve my lifestyle. She's been tremendous, and more importantly I've had results. I've lost weight, but I'm really proud of the way it happened. With Andrea, it's not about crash dieting. It's about choosing the right foods, and the right portions. I used to eat Fast Food almost 10 times a week! But I have pretty much stopped completely, and definitely no more McDonalds. I now eat foods like kale, flaxseed, oatmeal, tofu, that I normally wouldn't have eaten. And I feel much better for it. Andrea had the perfect attitude for me. She was pushy enough, without being too pushy to make me give up. She was always honest, but encouraging. The fact that she believed in me, helped me believe in myself. I'd really recommend Andrea to anyone looking to lose weight, but more importantly to feel better and healthier.

I am a food lover. I believe it is a healer, a comforter, a confidence builder, and a tool to keep the body healthy & strong. I believe that a lot of issues begin and end with food. A part of loving yourself is feeding yourself good healthy nutritious food. I was trained as a nutritionist at UC Davis and as a cook in the grandmother's kitchen. I marry timeless cooking methods with a scientific approach. I like to talk about food, teach healthy ways to engage with food, and shop for food at different venues. I am non-judgmental, amiable, and very knowledgeable. I am not a believer in diets; I believe in incremental lifestyle changes that make big impacts.

I started working with Mascha this year. As soon as I found out that I am pregnant I wanted the help of a licensed nutritionist to be sure I am making the very best food decisions. Mascha has been an incredible help and support. There is so much information to take in when you are pregnant and many different philosophies. Mascha helped me make personal food choices that would insure I matched the needs of my growing baby. She has been able to provide me with research-based information on my most important nutrition and health needs while avoiding fads and misconceptions. It is obvious in working with Mascha that she puts health at the center of her own life and integrates that with the knowledge of living around the world in extremely diverse settings (Europe to Africa). I now meet with Mascha before the start of each trimester. She provides me with organized print outs of condensed information on what will support my pregnancy. We focus on tracking my nutrition to be sure I am getting the needed daily allowances of vital things for things like brain and bone growth. We have integrated work with a food journal and nutrition App. Mascha has also been great in between our sessions when I have questions on supplements, exercise, and ways to combat pregnancy side effects with nutrition. Working with Mascha has really helped me feel more confident in how I am approaching my pregnancy. She is a special person with a contagious attitude for healthy living!
Before I started working with Beth, I felt like I had done everything I knew how to do to get my health, weight, and fitness where I wanted it to be. I'd waded through all of the conflicting information out there and done my best with it. I had counted my calories, exercised, avoided processed foods when I could, and while I made some decent progress I could never seem to get past a certain point before I'd get completely derailed and have to start over again. It seemed like everything I tried was unpleasant and unsustainable. I was clearly missing something and that's when I considered seeing a nutritionist. I heard about Beth's workshop "Cravings Decoded" from a friend, and from that presentation I was able to see that Beth didn't have a "program" she was selling, or a template system. What she had to offer was foundational nutrition knowledge that was grounded in facts, fad-free, and made a lot more sense than the factoids and tips I'd read in articles or gimicky diet publications. After a consultation I decided to sign up for her three month program, and it has been one of the best things I've done for myself. When I sum up what I learned with Beth, it was like starting over and being re-taught how to eat. I gained a true understanding of what you are doing to yourself, good and bad, when deciding what foods to eat. I can read food like a language, understanding the varied contexts, and can see through deceptive marketing with ease. I have new and better tools for dealing with temptation, I have the power of forgiveness for lapses so they do not become derailments, and what's more I have gained a true liking and appreciation for food that I once would have considered a chore to eat. Beth's process is a gradual one that both respects and challenges what you like and don't like. One small change at a time, many which seem easy but for the harder ones you have a great coach who really puts herself forward to get you through those hurdles. She also set me right on what amount and types of exercise I needed to incorporate into my routine to reach my fitness goals. The results from everything have been wonderful- I hit my weight goal, am on a straight tangent to my ultimate fitness goals, and all of the changes I worked for now feel normal and natural. In the past when I'd fall off of a routine I was trying, it would take a monumental effort to get back to it. I don't have that problem any more, because if for some reason (like the holidays) I eat unhealthy or if challenges with my schedule throw off my fitness routines, I revert back to it quickly because it's what's normal, and what feels right. I feel great in every aspect, I have changed the things I wanted to but didn't know how. I just needed someone to show me how, and that person was Beth.
