Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

Rene is the best! She's confident in her work and really pays attention to how pilates can work for you. She's very caring, very sweet, and responsive to your needs and questions! I have a background in dance, acrobatics, and yoga, and after having taken pilates only twice I have gained much more body awareness with her privates! Definitely worth it.

    Lauren Kokenes is the most effective pilates instructor I've ever worked with. Her workouts are always fun and she teaches me something new every time. Lauren delivered the results that enabled me to take this selfie to send my husband on our 15th anniversary last month. I'm a mother of three and my body definitely doesn't look or feel like 55, thanks to her being such a talented and dedicated instructor!

    I am so thrilled to have found Jackie! I’ve had 5 sessions so far and am truly seeing and feeling a difference in my strength and stamina. Her program is varied and FUN! So far we’ve done a combo of pilates reformer, trampoline, mat work, stretching, strength work - she’s even got me jumping rope! Jackie is a lovely person, a total pro, and her infectious smile and energy propels me through her challenging workouts. Five stars all around! :)

    I hired Natalie after my doctor recommended I start a Pilates routine to lessen my chronic back pain. Natalie worked with me to find exercises that were appropriate for me as a beginner but also made them challenging enough to feel like my muscles were working. I can tell she really cares about my progress and the back pain I've been experiencing for three years is finally decreasing.     Lisa is very professional and has been a great trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to fit my needs and prevent any exercises from becoming boring. She also is constantly looking up more exercises to meet what I want to be working on. She seamlessly transitioned my workouts from in the pool to indoor Pilates and yoga when it got too cold, and is helping me improve my flexibility slowly but surely.

    I didn't like to exercise until I attended Libby's pilates classes. In fact, now I look forward to them. And this is from a man who was allergic to gyms, yoga and aerobics. Libby is a delightful and engaging teacher. She keeps you involved and interested because she's really involved and interested in her student's progress and the work. I actually feel challenged each time but always have loads of fun. Libby has a great sense of humor and doesn't make exercising a drudge or a guilt- laden chore. I soon discovered I had a core and core body strength. Who knew? I cannot recommend Libby and her knowledgeable and powerful teaching techniques enough. Plus she always has some interesting tunes going on in the background.
