JNA was outstanding. The attention to detail and work quality on my new HVAC system was impeccable. I had an outstanding experience with JNA Heating & Air for my furnace replacement project. Not only did they provide a detailed quote for replacing the two furnaces, but they also offered an alternate price for installing a central heating unit, displaying their expertise and foresight. JNA H & A went above and beyond by inspecting the attic to determine the feasibility of a central heating unit, showing a proactive approach to finding the best solution. We decided to go with the full Forced Air Unit installation for central heating. They executed the job flawlessly, meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and ensuring the work passed inspection. If you need heating or air services, please take a few seconds to read this review. If I could give JNA Heating and Air 10 stars I would give them 10. Hector is very knowledgeable in his field. He and his team are great. They show up on time and get things done right. They installed AC and Heating in my home in a matter of days and I couldn't be happier. They did everything on time and took care of the HERS testing and City Permits. The estimate/quote process was very easy, and I was left feeling very informed. There was no upselling or sales pitches like you get with salesmen who sell product and services but do not execute the work. Hector listened to what I needed. He gave me the options and his professional/educated suggestions. I really appreciate him for doing that. The work was done in a very professional, clean, efficient, and timely manner. In a few days my home went from not having HVAC or any HVAC components to having a fully functional system. The HERS test and City Permits were all satisfied without any issues. JNA has earned my trust and I will refer them to anyone who has HVAC needs. I am very glad I reached out to them when I was getting estimates. Hector is honest, communicates very well, and just gets it done...no nonsense.
