My favorite breakfast table and buffet got completely ruined. Dave doesn't have skills as he claimed. If I couldn't find another painter to recover them, I would have to buy a new table set. From the beginning, I asked him if he can show me any picture of recent works. He said no, but he can give me good references. I didn't bother him for the reference and gave him the job. At this moment, I only wish all of this didn't happen...

Chao's tables were not real wood, which made the job much more complicated than originally agreed to. I continued to show Chao pictures along with examples of how the finish would look and she continued to have me work for 2 weeks saying she didn't like the darkness of the stain I used , NOT THE TECHNIQUE. I was clear on the technique I would use, and she agreed to it. So I refinished, and refinished again, to get the color she wanted, and she now refuses to pay me for the work. This case will be resolved in court.
