Introduction: My name is Elizangela Reis, and I am the owner of Angela's Pet Grooming. My business cater to families around San Francisco/Peninsula area and is currently under expansion. To be precise, Angela's Pet Grooming is a mobile grooming business expanding its horizon.
My love for animals is what drove me into this business. I have been a successful small business owner for over 5 years, however, I didn't do what I loved. So many of us are caught in this same dilemma. But unlike many, I decided to take a leap and dove in head to toe into a new career, only this time, I am doing something I really enjoy doing.
My mission is to pamper, to love and to care for all the animals that comes to my care. I believe using the best products on your animal makes a difference not only to their looks but it shows they are valuable. As a matter of fact, they are irreplaceable! In addition, we love having your furry family member over for a slumber party, its like they become one of our own. And we have lots of fun with them!

I received confirmation of the booking. Twice, I had messages asking for my phone number, but there was no way to type it in. I tried. So I called and left a message. Then the husband of the woman who was supposed to perform the service called. ApparentIy he confirmed the booking but she was unable to come because her vehicle needed servicing. She suggested some other days and times, all when I work.
It wouldn't have been so bad, but I was contacted after the service was to have begun. Letting people know of changes should take place earlier.

Our appointment was scheduled at 12 pm. He showed up 8 hours later! Which I was trying to be understanding about even though he wouldn’t be done till 10pm. Once he got there and started he decided he didn’t want to put in the work to groom her and just wanted to shave her. She has NO MATS. There is no reason for her to be shaven other than not wanting to put in the work. Once he realized he would have to be there for a while he gave up and wasted our time! Very unprofessional and I was shocked that he has a business operating the way he does.
