Lidia's HouseCleaning has been really good. They are easy to communicate with and showed up right on time. They cleaned the house beautifully, it looks even better than when we moved in. We'll be using them regularly.

Lidia's group did a fantastic job with our apartment! We had two ladies clean. They were punctual and thorough. I hired them for a deep cleaning and will continue working with them on a regular basis. They were attentive to every detail- I even asked them to dust our polaroids and they did that. Lidia was also very professional and prompt with her communication.

Lidia is an excellent communicator. Very responsive on scheduling and great feedback at each step of the process. And the ladies did a great job cleaning the house. No lingering harsh chemical smell either!

We had just one cleaning with Lidia so far, but it's been amazing and we'll have her come by every two weeks from now. Her son came by with two helpers. All of them were extremely professional and nice, the apartment was extremely clean afterwards. We're pretty happy!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many of our customers have been with us from the beginning so they are like family to us, but that doesn't mean we don't have room for new family members. It may takes us a short while to figure out how you like these done but don't worry, we're quick studies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer base is diverse we clean homes, apartments, and offices big and small in urban and suburban areas.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communicate. If you want something done a certain way or a certain product used on your hardwood floors just let us know and we will happily accomodate all special requests.
