We are a Food truck based out of San Francisco offering Yucatan Mexican Mayan fusion. We offer quality ingredients and take pride in the food we serve. We have experience from small parties to corporate and concert/festival events. We are flexible with your menu selection to ensure you have the meal you need for any occasion. You don’t get “just another taco truck” with us, but a taste of Yucatan, Mexico with traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation.

This place is completely authentic!!! Amazing traditional food and taste. Cochinita Pibil was the way to go. They are generous with the portions and the salsa has the right amount of fire. It's a small space but you waste no time once the food is served. Great vibe...better prices. I definitely ordered a 2nd round.

Cochinita Food Truck is legit and you seriously need to check them out! The food is delicious and unique! We all love taco trucks, but to have one with that special Mayan flair is amazing. We reached out because we were hosting a large, academic event in Union City. Thousands of hungry high school kids who needed to eat for two days and Cochinita FT handled it like pros. Not only were Sergio and Karen an absolute pleasure to work with as we were planning the event, but they were just lovely people to say hi to throughout the weekend (between them feeding swarms of hungry people, that is!). All weekend, I heard from countless people how absolutely amazing everything Cochinitas offers was. In particular, their specialty pork was a HUGE hit, with someone saying to me that they couldn't believe a simple quesadilla (with the pork, of course) could be so much more amazing than any other quesadilla they've ever had. So, if a quesadilla is that good. . . you can imagine the tacos or tamales!So, if you're looking for a good meal: check out Cochinita Food Truck. If you're looking to cater an event, you seriously can't go wrong working with Sergio and Karen. They are absolute pros, great people, and make amazing food. We will absolutely be asking them back in the future!

WOW! Absolutely amazing from bite one - so glad these guys pulled their truck up outside our building. I went for the Traditional, and both the pork and the chicken were fantastic. I will definitely be back

Tasty street fair. The tacos were in point and the salsa had a great amount of heat. The staff were friendly and had some great recommendations for what to eat.

Great relleno negro and seasoned ground beef. But minus -5 stars since the brick and mortar shop no longer seems to be open.
