Hello,We moved from Bay area(Emeryville)(2 bed, 1.5 bath with large living, dining and kitchen) to Portland in Oct 2022. The move was completed the next day as agreed. Ilya was very professional from the beginning, from offering the quote, insurance, contract and other details for the move. Every time I reached out to him or his office I was able to get a response. They were able to answer all our questions and make us feel confident that they can do this professionally.His team members Gyure, Andre and Serge were very hardworking, skilled, careful when handling furniture, carton boxes etc. The team was very respectful and were focused,They adhere to the timing both the apartments had for the move out and move in. The packing was done really well, nothing was damaged. They also helped reassembling and disassembling the bigger furniture pieces like bed, dining table smoothly. This is the BEST moving company I have ever used! The two movers I was assigned to went above and beyond, taking great care for my things and also placing the furniture in the new apartment. (They had a great memory of where it was placed in the old apartment! Lol!) I've been burned by moving companies in the past, so this was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend them!
