After hiring my first trainer who taught me the benefits of lifting weights and eating well, I fell in love with the process and decided I wanted to teach others to do the same. I have been training clients for six years now, and I have learned how to help each individual in their unique fitness journey. If you're looking for to improve the quality of your workout session, I RECOMMEND CONTACTING SHEILA! Before getting Sheila as a personal trainer, I had no prior experience and no knowledge of proper exercises. I had a membership at a commercial gym, but only used the treadmill. I was very nervous to get a personal trainer, but Sheila made it easy on my first day. She's easy going and easy to talk to. On my first day, we started with stretches and minor exercises to see how my body works. All throughout working with Sheila, she was patient with me, while still pushing/encouraging me. One goal of mine was to learn exercises that I can incorporate in my workouts. I like how Sheila takes her time teaching me new exercises and also correcting me, if I was doing them incorrectly. Her exercises targeted different muscles in the body. I like how she emphasized in doing proper forms when doing the exercises to avoid any injuries. Another goal of mine was clean eating. I struggled a lot with the timing of my eating, but she taught me when it would be best to eat before exercising. She's also easy to reach outside of the workout session and very responsive. Honestly, I probably would ONLY still be using the treadmill if I didn't contact her.

Sheila is awesome! I started training with her a few months ago and quickly saw a huge boost in my strength, toning, and energy levels. Her training program is fun, challenging, and approachable for different levels. She's super focused on good form, making everyone feel welcome, and ensuring that you're working towards your own personal goals. Working out with her is always a highlight of my week!

Since training with Sheila, I've went from 120lbs and fluffy to 105lbs and toned! She's extremely knowledgeable and informative when it comes to fitness and diet, and she's a blast to work with. I'll work with Sheila for as long as I can!
