With a passion to pass on the holistic benefit of body movement, balancing, and abdominal exercises (which is a base for good posture, healthy mind and body), Kelly has been practicing and teaching movement and stretching class to youth and elders since 2012.
Kelly was first introduced to yoga practice as a young ballet dancer in an intense structural and competitive setting where she spent over 10 years as a performing art dancer. Yoga has always been a relaxing gateway to regain strength and peacefulness in her early ages and now from long-hour office work at Samsung.
In the spring of 2013, Kelly received her yoga teacher certification with the training program at Yoga @ Cindy's. Her training mainly focused on vinyasa flow, core power yoga and yin yoga. Her class places an emphasis on core-centric balancing, breath, body alignment, creativity, and of course, enjoyment and thankfulness.
Kelly likes to share the healthy mind, body and spirit with the Bay Area community.
