I had a software issue with an old (2007) software that was a real problem since I use it almost every day. My usual computer repair shop wasn't able to help me, although they made sure it wasn't a hardware problem. Finding someone who can repair old software is difficult - and I know that the repair wasn't easy. Daryl repaired the software, and so far, so good! The software is working! He took time to really understand the problem; he communicated well; he kept me updated on his progress; he was thorough and reasonably priced, as well. Plus, he picked the computer and gear up - and delivered it when he was done, which was an enormous help to me. I would definitely seek his service again if I have any more issues with my computers.

I had an issue with my laptop where the battery needed to be replaced and the connector for the charging cord was loose. Daryl did an excellent job fixing both problems. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to repair it. His responses were always timely, and he kept me updated every step of the way. I got my laptop back quickly, and it’s working like brand new! I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Daryl to anyone needing computer repairs.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S21 into my cooler and it would not turn on. I took it to my tech and he told me that it was toast, that no data, pictures or contacts could be retrieved. He said to just throw it away! I was heart broken because I hadn't backed up my data. I then Googled CSI forensic data recovery methods and watched a video on how this could be done. However the video stated that it would cost$500 and could go as high as $2000! My heart sank again. I downloaded the Thumbtack app and searched Data Recovery Services and got a gazillion replies. I like dealing face to face, one on one and didn't want to ship my phone off to another state or country. Daryl from A1 was only 14 minutes away in Stanton California. He offered pick up and delivery services. He said it would be$70 to inspect the phone to determine whether the data could be retrieved and would apply the inspection fee to the repair cost so I dropped the phone off on Wednesday and he said it would take 1-3 days. I received a text from him Thursday afternoon stating it was done. I asked if he was able to retrieve the photos, contacts and data? Not only did he retrieve all of that he restored my phone fully functional! I was elated. The total cost was only $400! Worth every penny. He is a genius and my hero. I highly recommend his services.
