They were great and effective communicators. Charged $600 for carpet cleaning and deep move out cleaning of a 1500 sq ft condo. They had to come out 3 times due to incomplete work for the move out cleaning. The first time, there was no evidence of any cleaning being completed except a sponge being left in a sink. (I had cleaned two days prior to them coming and it appeared they had did nothing. The second time was better, but still some cleaning that needed to be completed. The final time they came out, I’d say the cleaning was about 8/10, but my landlord agreed that I had already paid too much for cleaning and it would not be taken out of my deposit. The carpet cleaning was great. I did not have any money withheld from my deposit for cleaning so the end result was achieved.

I asked for a person to clean a suede sofa. I was clear that it was actual suede and not micro suede. When they came to clean they could see it was suede and proceeded to clean it with water. As if it was a fabric sofa. It looks exactly the same, as if they had not cleaned it at all and I had to get a professional cleaner, that knew how to clean leathers and suede to fix what they screwed up. As well as repair the water damage. When I discussed with Allied Janitorial they said it was ok to clean with water and they could not get it clean because it was scotch guarded. So I guess they can’t clean your sofa if it’s been scotch guarded? Which I think is pretty common for your average sofa. At any rate, It was not scotch guarded, as I proved with a leather professional and the maker of my sofa and they just could not admit they knew nothing about cleaning a sofa like mine. Don’t bother with Allied if you want a professional job.
